The message I get is that the login is refused because Paypals Symantec site cert expired Oct 31. I tried on Explorer and it works, but IE isnt my browser and I dont want to use it just to satisfy the needs of one site based on their mistake. I tried to email Paypal but there is no message function for general enquiries. Is anyone else having Chrome trouble too?
