Yes I have seen forums that wants to change country and a lot of emplyees reply saying open a new account, but I really need to do this here, because I'm Saudi Arabian and opened my account in Saudi Arabia but set my country to the USA, I got sent a couple bucks and I want to pay them now, it said I need to verify my identity, and I wanted to put my mobile number, it asked me for a US number while I'm Saudi Arabian, the situation is really bad and I need further help.
