Changed primary email, not receiving notifications, button coding

Hello,
I've changed the primary email address in the account, but the notifications for payments being submitted through the button on our website are still going to the old address. I've been led to believe I need to change the coding for the button to change this, but coding looks like heiroglyphics to me! Can anyone explain to me how I know whether it's encrypted or something else, and what I need to do to get the notifications from website button donations going to my new primary email? Thank you!!!
