Change primary address using iPad not possible

My new address is already in the system and shows against my two registered cards.
When I try to update after ticking the make primary box I am told to make a change, but that is not possible as all fields except the city are greyed out. The city field does not respond to taps.
The only thing left to do is come here and ask for help.
It would appear PayPal has not done sufficient testing using an iPad. Pity. I hardly use my desktop any more.

As this is peer to peer community, we can't resolve possible tech type issues here - however, you can ask/report the issue to the Merchant Tech Support community as they do have tech support people monitoring that public forum. (If you can get to a desktop, that may be your work around for now.)
