How do I make my Paypal account preferred on all transactions?
Go to Wallet page. Your PayPal Balance method should be showing. Click the grey star on the right side panel.
To make sure your balance is use for in-store, go to Profile > Payments, third option
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
