I'm a freelancer and set up my account while I was in Thailand. The problem is that it automatically assumed my language to be Thai, and there is no easy way to change this. I can't read Thai either, so I don't know how to navigate once logged in to change the language.
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
