This is an excellent question, thanks for coming here to the Community for your answer!
You'd only be able to change the name on your account if there was a legal name change or you got married or divorced. Basically one of those major live event kinda things. 🙂
That being said, if you go to your profile (should be a little sprocket towards the top right) on the very next page you'll see your name, and next to it an edit link. Click that and it will take you where you'd need to be to start going through the process to change your name.
