Change Primary Email on Business Account?

how do I change my primary email address system won't let me update it or add a new one. the current email address is no longer in use.

Below are the steps that normally work - if you still can't do it, try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files, cache and history, then close the browser, reopen and log back into your account to try again.   If the issue persists - then you may want to contact customer service for assistance.

 

To update an email address, you must have at least two email addresses on file.

Login to your account.

* Click on the Gear icon.
* Click on the "+" in the Email box.
* Enter your new email address.
* Click "Add Email"

* You will need to confirm the new email - once you've done that, you can make it the Primary and delete the old email.
