Hello, today i tried to add and confirm my card, I'm added succesfully (Got transaction that 1 eur was sent to paypal, i checked it in my e-bank) but when i tried to confirm i'm always get this error: The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.
So i tried to add again my card, but this time paypal again took 1 eur, so now i'm -2 eur and still can't confirm card.
And now i just removed my card... pls help someone.
