My account was limited for 180 days. I received an email on 17 November 2017 that i can withdraw the funds. Since then, I have been trying to withdraw unsuccessfully. FNB says its a PayPal problem and Paypal has confirmed numerous times that the limit has been lifted. What can I do to get my money?
