Cannot add or remove bank account

My old bank, First Merit, was bought out by Huntington.  I tried to remove First Merit from my account and I received and error message that said. "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." 

 

I also tried to add my new Huntington account.  When I enter my login information, it DOES come back and say it's found the account, but is unable to link it. Manual entry of the routing and checking acct numbers gives me the same error message as above.

 

Pretty sure I'm doing everything right from a technical perspective. Not sure what's wrong in the system that it's stopping me from completing these actions so any help would be appreciated.
