Cannot add bank account

Hi,
I am trying to add a new bank account onto my pal but when I have finished inputting sort code and account number the add bank account button when pressed does not load anything at all as if the hyperlink is fake.

Here's some suggestions:
Try deleting your browser's cookies, temp files, cache and history, then close the browser, reopen it, log back into your account and retry. Another option is to try a different web browser. And last, if you still have the issue, then you may want to contact customer service for assistance.
