Hello,
I'm trying to set up my bank to link to Pay Pal. It keeps saying: "Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank. "
No matter what I do it never works. I even made a new account to try again. It seems to be on PayPal's end. I need some way to link my bank. Help?
