Cannot Confirm Bank Account !!!!!! MODERATOR PLEASE READ

I keep getting into an endless feedback loop when trying to confirm a bank account. I click "Confirm Bank Account," and it takes me to an activity feed. I go back to the confirmation window, see the "Your account is ready to be confirmed," click on "Confirm Bank Account," and I am back at the activity feed. Again and again.

 

Also, the Resolution Center doesn't work. Click on the "Report a Problem" link, and you end up at the active issues feed. No way to create a new issue.

 

The "Email Us" option is completely useless. It just sends us an automated response with default suggestions, which assume *we* have done something wrong.
