Cannot Add Email. Please Help!!

Hey,

 

I'm having a quite a bit of difficulty adding a new email into my account. Every time it asks me to enter my new email, it says the following after i click enter:

 

We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later.

 

Do you know, what I can do to resolve this?

Greetings,

 

Double check the email to verify it's correct.

Make sure the email is not already associated with another PP account.

 

I would call customer service if you still have issues. CS can add the email manually on their end, if it wont go through for you but normally, it's determined the email is already linked to another paypal or the email address has a typo in it.

Hey! It did turn out to be an email for an old Paypal account I don't use anymore so, just added a different one!
