Can't windraw my money!

Hello guys. 6 months ago i posted here about an issue I had with PayPal which at that time limited my account.
In the meantime, they send me an email that I can windraw the rest of my money from my account.
The only issue is that I don't have that Credit Card anymore and they don't let me add a new one. How should I proceed? My "vocal" english it's not that good so can I have an conversation with PayPal support and at emails i'm afraid they don't answer.

Thank you for your answer. But i'm not living in US or any bank who supports direct bank windrawal. I looked for another forum but aparently this is the only PayPal community forum where i have been redirected.
