Can't update pssword

My account is restricted and I have to update my password and security question.... In order to do so I need to type the full card number of a bank card I no longer have... Any suggestions? An actual number I can contact to resolve my account?

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > use the phone option.
