I have a PayPal personal account. This is the appropriate level, since I use it for purchases only.
I am trying to download a text file (tab delimited, although CSV would suit me just as well) of transaction history.
I have found the transaction history screen, but it does not contain the "Include Shopping Cart details (comma and tab delimited files only)" checkbox at the bottom of the screen - which (according to my google searching) is the switch to include the item details information which is visible in the Summary screen.
Is this feature not available to personal accounts?
If this is the case it is very irritating as it will take days to copy and paste the details from my hundreds of transactions from the Summary into a text file.
