Can't link credit card to account cause of being linked to old one.

Hello, so my problem is the following. I even contacted via email and got no response. I used to have my credit card in an old account which I don't remember the email I dont remember the password and I never had a phone linked to it. So how is it possible to remove my credit card from the old account to the new. I can even send you my documents everything to validate that this is me. Because now i want to make some payments on the internet with paypal but I cannot link my credit card to my new account it's blocked in the old one which I have no clues about it.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".



OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I am not so good with computers but, I've mailed them 2 times and they didn't respond they only sent me back an email to complete a survey without any response. So I don't actually know how to do it, the best option would be live chat but there's none.
