I'm trying to link a new card to my account but I keep receiveng this message:
"PayPal: Internal Error
We are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
try this link: paypal.com/creditcard if it still doesnt work call CS
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
