Can't get a hold of a human to report fraud

I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk to someone in the fraud department. Called before and got in the queue to be called back. Never happened. My account has been hacked and I'd like to get it resolved without starting this seemingly endless hold process all over again. Can't report one of the transactions through the site because it's been closed. Any ideas?

I'm very sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity. You can report unauthorized activity online through your account. If this isn't working, the best option is to reach out to us. You can contact us on Facebook and Twitter if you don't want to try calling us again.
