Ever since i removed my first debit card and bank account to replace them with my new ones, that i can't receive money from any bank account. I have verified my card and everything, i have successfully transferred from the PayPal account to the bank account but the reverse just doesn't happen! and the worst is, the money leaves my bank account and there's no warning saying something is wrong or missing...the money just never arrives at the PayPal account...no errors..no emails..nothing and no money.
What's happening? (btw, i use the PayPal IBAN from the paypal add funds page, witch is what i have always done with no problems until now..)
