Can't add money to my account?

Hi there everyone

Today I went to add money to my account and a message poped up when I tried

It said that PayPal could not confirm my identity and to go to the Resolution Center to confirm

I clicked the link to the Resolution Center and nothing came up about confirming my identity

I Googled a bit and saw that there were supposed to be a couple steps I would have to take but there isn't anything on the page about it

Please help resolve this issue

Do you have a registered phone number on your account?

Do you have a credit ard linked?

I dont see anything on the page about verifying anything just  stuff about cases, tips for buyers, and tips for sellers

My bank account is not linked but I do have a card on there and a verifiedd phone number... I wanted to add money from a visa gift card I got recently

In the U. S. you cannot add money from a VISA gift card.
