Can't access the Original Email I used for Paypal. The one where I received all emails from Paypal.

Hello.

I created a gmail for my Paypal.

Problem now is that Gmail became strict with their security procedures and would lock your account, and require you to enter either the number you used for registering your gmail or a recovery email you used when you registered your gmail.

The number I used is no longer working and I did not attach any recovery email.

Is there anyway for me to link my Paypal account to a new email and receive messages from there?

Or do I really have to delete this paypal account and create a new one?

Thanks for reaching out to us here, and welcome to the community!

You can have up to 8 active email addresses on your PayPal account. You cannot add the same email address to more than one PayPal account.

Here’s how to add an email address to your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Profile icon beside "Log out."
3. Click + beside "Email."
4. Click Add.
5. Enter your new email address and click Save.

After you add an email address to your PayPal account, we'll send you an email to confirm that you own the email address. Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.
