Can't Confirm Email or Delete

A friend wanted to send me money.

I tried to confirm my primary email, it wouldn't work, no emails coming through, even after checking spam/filters, waiting etc.

Switched primary email address to the second email, which IS confirmed.

Friend cannot cancel payment, I cannot remove old primary email (We're sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again later).

 

What can I do?

You may want to contact customer service for assistance, some issues cannot be resolved via the public community (no one here can look at account info).
