Let me be clear. There are no pending transactions. There are no automated payments set up.
When i click on the "remove card" button, the progress indicator just spins. I have let it alone for hours to accomplish the task and nothing happens, the old cards cannot be removed.
Since the credit card information associated with these cards is information relating to my identity, Paypals' failure to grant my request to remove that data is in violation of the Law. This needs to be fixed before Paypal finds itself at the end of a civil lawsuit or class action lawsuit.
