I have opened a paypal account which already have verified with phone number & email. But unfortunately i don't have a bank account or credit card for linking with paypal. Could anyone please help me to know Can I deposit, withdraw, send or receive money by PayPal account without bank or card link confirmation? Is there any limitation for using it without confirming any Bank account?
