Is there a way to see in an activity report that a client has paid sales tax? The only way I can figure it out is to actually click on every single order and see if they live in my state and paid sales tax. Then I write that amount down, add it up and use it to report.

Go to "Manage Invoices". Load all of the invoices you want to download. Click "download". This will give you a spreadsheet that includes the sales tax you collected on each invoice. This is the only "report" that will give you sales tax collected, other than looking up each individual invoice! Best of Luck!
