Hey Bobby, good luck to you..I cannot get them to remove my bank or my other money debit card! However by them not doing so,has ruined my credit from 657 down to 378 ..ALL within 2 months!! 
ran over 16+ unauthorized transactions a day,my bank could not keep up with them, which left me in turmoil,my utilities were shut off, remind you it's the middle of winter (HELLO)..BUT seriously though, my lawyer and VP of my bank are working together to figure this mess out! Keep an eye out from PPal, I got several telling me I changed my backup method to some bank in the UK, that's not even a bank anymore and another out of Wyoming/Kansas/St. Louis/Georgia...I'm letting everyone know..keep both eyes wide open with PPal.
