Billing/Primary Address

So for whatever reason I can't change my billing address. I keep getting two different messages. First one says "Sorry, you cannot delete this address because it is linked to PayPal Credit. Please edit the address instead." So I did, and the message I got when I  tried to edit it was "Please try again". I honestly don't understand this at all. Can't remove the billing address nor can I update it.

Have you tried it again - as the second message says? If so, then it's a technical problem and you should contact PayPal about it. Yeah I tried several times. I plan on calling them at some point.

Oh. Ok. Yeah, when it comes to technical issues, it would be best to call or email PayPal.
