Baseball team: collect money and provide visibility

Hello,

I have a travel baseball team (11 members) that I would like to utilize paypal in order for players to pay fees and then use this same account to pay team expenses. Ideally, I would like for all members to have visibility to the account and account activity.

any suggestions? I understand that there are app's related to this, but I'd rather just have something simple and completely related to money paid / owed.

what is the account type that you set up? biz or personal?

for biz account you can set up a secondary user

profile>profile and setting>my settings>manage users
