Bank info and debit card removals

It will not let me remove my bank info or debit . After it has set high limitations. Where I can not use PayPal at all. Then I don’t see why they need my info

Paypal limit an account rather than close it to stop you removing your financial info ie bank account and cards.

This means you can't be tempted to try and open another paypal account with that bank or card information.
