I tried to transfer money from my bank to paypal account under the assumption that i had at least that amount i wanted to send.. but i didn't, paypal instead today at least 5 days later decided to take 37 dollars out my account out of a $140 deposit needed for important business in my home.. has this happened to anyone else? And do they normally charge that much?
