(Bank Verification) Cannot enter numeric code

Hello,

I have received my 4 digit numeric code on my Bank statement like I should. I am now trying to input those 4 digit numbers into the confirmation page but it doesn't allow me to input those number into the little boxes, the little boxes doesn't show up as input boxes.

Suggest contacting customer support, they should be able help you out.  Unfortunately it's not the type of issue that can be resolved thru the forum.

Hi,

It turns out I just had to wait unti the message changes from 'Numeric code is own its way' to 'Numeric code sent'. After that you can input the numbers into the boxes.
