Does Paypal require an address for bank card?

i though all you need is the routing number and account number.

For a bank card aka check or debit card, all you need is number on card, exp date, and the CVV code on back of card.  No address needed.  PayPal can match your PayPal account owner address to the address of the bank card on file with the bank.
