Hi, I just added a bank account to add to my paypal balance, and everything went well. I also know I have a good amount of money on the bank account and tried to withdraw 10 dollars right when I added the account, and it said "We couldn't add money from this bank account. Please try another bank account." What seems to be the problem? Does it take a few days to for the bank account to be confirmed.
