A friend just sent me money and after a few minutes, the money showed up on my account. I couldn't send the money to who I wanted, an error kept popping up about how they couldn't go through with it at the moment. I decided to transfer the money to my card, because usually it shows up on my card within seconds. This is the very first time it is not. I went to transfer and now paypal says -$20.00 pending. Why is this?
