Hello. I've had a reoccuring issue that I wanted some help with. This has happened 3 times now and I am super frustrated.
When I've bought a gift card on paypal digital gifts, it automatically purchases the gift card without me selecting the payment method.
For example, I bought two gift cards today:
1. Selected buy, logged in, had to verify via text, then had a screen where I selected credit card
2. Selected buy, logged in, had to verify via text, had to verify via phone, it showed me the gift card (no option to select payment method).
I had this happen recently and customer support clearly thought this was due to a user error. Luckily I was able to video the site's behavior since this happened to me last night. Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this? Thanks a lot.
