Apartment changing to city name after approving address

I put in my address with the apartment unit number, and it keeps switching it to the city. Regardless of where I enter it or if I use the suggested address, it changes to the city and reads as my address with no unit number and the city listed twice.

I am having the same issue and nothing is resolving this issue.

I had to call them and have someone manually override it. 😞
