I have been attempting to add a new payment mehod, a Western Union Netspend Master Card. The problem I have encountered both on my phone app and at the website via a library PC is that even though I enter my street address correctly, when I hit the enter button, it says I need to add a street address. It seems to only want to recognize my address from two moves ago. How can I correct this? Is there any way someone at PayPal could call me and set this up for me?
Thank you for your help in advance.

You should be doing all important banking and identity transactions on your own comuputer.
Suggest you use a regular bank where you have a walk-in office. PayPal does not accept banks with inadequate security.
