Adding to your wallet

"We're sorry. There seems to be a problem adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us." Why does this message come up when i go to add money to my wallet from my bank account?

Is your bank account linked?

Is your bank account confirmed?

Have you had any failed transfers or neg balances?

Why do you want to add funds? You do know that you don't need to as a buyer don't you?

 

If none of that helps then do as they say and give customer services a call.
