Account still limited even after receiving the email verifying my account is fine

Hi, 

I recieved the email that my account is under suspicous activity so I went through and verifed my identiy then got the email saying that everything is okay, but it is still not letting me send money or anything. Do y'all know what else I could do to perhaps get this issue resolved besides calling customer service because they have a really long wait time right now.
