Account limitations

My son some how, changed my account from personal to business. Funny thing is I have no business, so I have no information to input. I have contacted PayPay regarding this situation 3 time....still no response. I also have money in that account which I can’t withdraw due to account LIMITAIONS!! I need help!!!
