As this is a peer to peer community, account issues such as this can't be resolved here, they can only be looked at by customer support.
If you still access your account, you may be able to "close" it however, if there's anything outstanding like a dispute, claim or transaction - the system won't let you do that. If you can close it, then you could create a new one if that's something you want to do.
