Account limitation

Hello,

I have my account limited after someone first time tried trasfer some money to me. I didn't get errors before.

To unlock my account I need provide: 

1. Document with photo - done,

2. Card statment - :(, 

3. Change password - done.

I can not send card statment because I have not linked card with my account.

Can someone help me?
