Account being "limited".

I am concerned that my account has been taken any action since its been "limited" and it affected the way I use for payment method.. Well anyways, I did the following what it asked me to restore back to normal and I haven't had any contact from PayPal itself regarding the status.. I was wondering on what I'm missing and what's been "waiting" is.. The transaction tab but I sent that in and nothing has came back.. What's going on?? Also this happened the beginning of November.
