Is there a way to download settings changes history? Or a way to download all the emails PayPal has sent to your account email? Having a trail of changes in the account settings would help tremendously with a fraud investigation.
Can anyone answer this? It seems rather important as it concerns fraudulent activity verified by PayPal.
