Account Limited

Hi, I'm Brazilian, but I live in the United States and I started using PayPal.

But, my account is limited due to lack of supporting documents, I have almost all but SSN and I have no way of getting it, how can I solve this problem? Can and should I use my Brazil document?

I'm desperate because I have a lot of money stuck and I do not get PayPal help.

With US paypal account,if PAYPAL asks for SS,you have to give them your SS number.

I am Brazilian, I do not have SSN, can I 100% sure provide my document from Brazil?
