Account Limited for Selling My Own Items???

I won a video game console at work over the holidays and I don't need it because I already have one so I sold it on eBay and now they've limited my PP account and are holding my money until I answer 100001 questions??? WHAT!  Its MINE to do what I want with!  This company is so far BEYOND words...

Its is yours to do as you want but 'how' you sell it using Paypals site is up to them and if they want more info you have to provide it.

How you receive your payment etc can trigger paypal asking you for that info.
