Has anyone seen / received this message?
Your account has been limited for one reason or another, paypal thought something was suspicious or
someone has been trying to get into your account, you will need to call them and verify some information to remove the limitation
you can find some documentaion on this by clicking the "HELP" button on the top of your screen. 🙂
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
